Great idea, highly original, very simple to produce, easy in use and with very strong identity. What I like about it is that the usual problems of construction, hinging, closing etc. have been resolved in such a simple way, at the same time allowing easy and cheap production, with no hand finishing required.

First of all, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the people who supported me. And special thanks to Professor Hiroaki Atsumi and Assistant Professor Toshihiko Suzuki of Tohoku University of Art&Design for their everyday guidance. I am very proud that I could live up to their expectations.

Moreover, I feel so honored that my design was selected in the Competition organized by Mr. Masayuki Kurokawa, who I admire so much, and was granted the Grand Prix Designtope Award by the most remarkable designer, Mr. Jasper Morrison. I cannot find words to express my deepest happiness; it is an honor greater than I should deserve.
